I loved this pump and needed a new one. Decided to buy it off here. It was defective. First person I spoke with said they would send me a new one, no problem. Said it would take 3 to 4 days. Never came. Spoke with someone else when it didn't come who told me I was given false information and to buy a new one. My supply has significantly dropped and I don't even have one coming. Don't buy off of here. They finally refunded me but I just wanted a replacement- not a weeks worth of a hassle that made my milk supply plummet.
