I love this bag!It fits:-umbrella-small comsemtic case-wallet-kindle-sunglass case-2 cell phones (they don't QUITE fit in the cell phone pocket inside)-outside pockets for my train tickets-inside zipper pocket-my lunch tupperware-you can carry it cross body or on your shoulder-has a key claspThe only thing I don't like is that the main bag doesn't zipper or snap shut. The removable interior bag zippers closed but it often comes undone from the snaps holding it in, so I took it out all together.10/10 would buy againRegretted purchasing this. The tote does not close (no zippers, snaps, nothing), so I was always fearful that something was going to fall out, especially while stowed under seats on airplanes. The interior pouch has no pockets or slots for cell phone, pens, etc., so it's basically one big pouch. I did use the interior pouch on my trip to take a few items with me down to the pool. I love Kipling purses, but I don't recommend this bag.Great tote! Very roomy and the straps are super sturdy. Only negative is that there is no zipper or button closure for the main part of the bag.Who can I contact since I got the item but I was missing the long strap. Product delivered incomplete.
