I had been wanting this bag for about 3-4 months before I finally bought it. I am pleased with my overall purchase, and am happy that I got this, as I HATED the bouncing on my leg from my 'work issued' laptop bag, whomp whomp!This bag is great in that it fits well on my shoulder, straps are the perfect length, and if by chance it does end up a little heavy from overloading :), I can tuck my hand up under the bottom and support it easily.I did have to send the 1st one back, and get a replacement, as the stitch near the water bottle pocket had come loose, and there was a hole opening up. Check your bag upon arrival!the pockets are wonderful and the laptop holder section is perfect. Make sure yours is not too big for the laptop pocket, as there is NOT another padded area in this bag, that you could 'make it work' with.The only downfall to this bag is that the sides and bottom are not very stiff, nor have support inside them, so when you are loading your bag up, the bag tends to fall over or droop down. I wish it was a little more supportive of 'load in'.I would definitely buy this bag again, and have actually already recommended it to several ladies I work with.Doesn't fit a 15" retina Macbook Pro (2013-2015, not sure about 2016 model dimensions) -- you can barely squeeze it into the sleeve, but then you have to tug really hard to take the MBP out of the sleeveWonderful computer bag. Love it.Perfect for multi functions. My laptop fits easily.
